Sustainability Action Plan

We have had the opportunity to welcome Greener Schools into school this term to help the children learn the importance of recycling and being more sustainable. This was only possible due to their sponsor, Google, enabling them to come in and share their knowledge through an assembly for the entire school and smaller workshops for the upper Key Stage children. The children enjoyed the workshops and being able to repurpose plastic milk bottles to create a bird feeder. The children asked found it "fun making a bird feeder and decorating it with paint," and "Making something new, with something old".
