Welcome To Year 5
We hope you enjoy seeing our fantastic learning in year 5!
Class Teacher: Mrs C Kalli
Teaching Assistant: Mrs B Beech
Year 5 took part in an Ancient Greece day where they had the opportunity to take part in various activities similar to those that would have been carried out during this era. The day was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by all!
Today was RE Day and Year 5 focused on the religions, Christianity and Judaism. We focused on the festivals of Harvest and Yom Kippur and worked in groups to discuss the similarities and differences between the two. We also looked inside their religious buildings and discovered that both have stain glass windows so we created our own.
