Four Swannes School Improvement Plan
The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a live working document that is used by schools as a benchmark for the areas they will be concentrating on developing throughout the year. A draft plan is created and then put before the governing body where questions are raised and discussions held. Once agreed, the plan is ratified by the governing body and becomes a live document, although I can assure you that work has already started on the plan! The copy that you see here will be the original plan and there will be changes as and when required throughout the year, according to need.
By no means does this mean that these will be the only areas that are developed during the course of this year. As with all schools, there is a constant need to improve and develop the provision that we offer your children so many other school processes, procedures, resources and a multitude of other aspects will be worked on next to the school's SIP.
