Who are CHEXs and what can they offer you and your children?

CHEXs is a local family support charity which employs a whole family approach. Their aim is to bring both parents and young people together to support and inspire one another.

Their mission is to develop stronger family relationships by creating opportunities to improve parenting confidence. By promoting an environment of trust and open communication, CHEXs aims to provide parents with the tools they need to support their children's growth and confidence. Through goal driven experiences with clear expectations, CHEXs can help children to build resilience and self-esteem, while also improving their wellbeing.

    What do CHEXs offer?

The GROWTH programme will help to create opportunities and environments to support children and young people who can then become positive role models.

The GROWTH programme helps children to develop :

    • Meaning and purpose
    • Resilience
    • Expectations
    • Aspirations
