Four Swannes Primary School
Diversity. Inclusion. Belonging
Good afternoon parents/guardians,
A very belated happy new year to you all and I hope that 2024 has seen a positive start for you and your families. We have been busy here continuing to develop the opportunities for all our children and there are exciting times ahead.
This message is really focused on a couple of staff changes that are taking place which I feel that you would like to be aware of. I am happy to inform you that Mr Sadler has been successful in securing his first headship at Jenyns First School. It is always pleasing to see a friend and colleague take the next step in their career and although a great loss to Four Swannes, I know you will all join me in wishing him the best for the future and to thank Mr Sadler for all the wonderful work he has done in the short time he has been with us.
As with all staff changes, when a person of quality leaves, there is a fundamental wish that the person can be replaced with an equal quality. I am exceptionally pleased to inform you that after interviews that were conducted, we have indeed secured a person of exceptional quality. Ms Steel has been successful in securing the position as the next Deputy Head teacher of Four Swannes school and will be a particularly positive influence on the school moving forward. I know that you will want to join me in congratulating Ms Steel on being successful in securing her new position at Four Swannes.
I look forward to sharing more news and celebrating events that have happened over the last half term in the next school newsletter which will be sent next week.
Kind regards
Mr Moore
